I have been a Member for over 20 years and have paid for a DELUXE Family Tree (expires 10 Feb 2022) since we had that option - so the word limit for individual notes should be 8000, but my website is losing precious information from my relatives profiles - information that I added years ago is suddenly being cut short.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A REPLY FROM TECHNICAL SUPPORT ABOUT THIS ISSUE FOR 2 MONTHS!

Eg. The individual notes of Valerie Elsie Sargent b. 7-4-24 d. 24-7-89 total 835 words or 4928 characters - that is less than 10.5% of the words that should be allowed - well under the 8000 words allowed!

She was my 'Mum' - she looked after me from 3 months old in my parent's absence and the last verse of a Poem I wrote when my 'Mum' died is now missing from her profile notes.

Sadly a family member who is now deceased added another verse onto the end of this poem that has also been deleted... AND I have NO COPY of that - so if the info cannot be restored - those precious words will be lost forever.

I tried to add the words of that last verse that I composed, but there seems to be a block on any more than 835 words.

Can you restore all this lost information or is it lost forever?

The only reason I opened my Mum's (Valerie Elsie Sargent) profile was that I noticed a small spelling mistake - I cannot even remember were that was now - I feel so distressed about this!

Obviously with over 25,000 profiles I cannot check them all and if any other info or research notes are missing from other profiles - I doubt that I have notes elsewhere to recover it.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO RESTORE THE MISSING INFORMATION ON ALL PROFILES ON MY WEBSITE ASAP.
