I don't know how the accounting system works but this is the second year in a row when my account is shown as expired when in fact payment has been made through paypal. Last year I actually paid a second time to get currency on the site, this year that will not happen as it took an age to obtain a refund of the second payment. I have sent a contact message following my payment and still have yet to get action. Surely this can't be so difficult to maintain.

No change here, it is now Sunday and still no repsonse following a further two requests for some action.
