I sent a contact form a week ago asking for my subscription to be cancelled. This is due to the fact that the incorrect GEDCOM date format issue is a deal-breaker for me. I discovered this within hours of joining, and I deleted my tree immediately

I have heard nothing, so I am reposting here in the hope of better luck.

If I don't hear back I will dispute the charge with my card provider
