I agree, there doesn't seem to be ANY support as I have asked a few questions in the past with no replies whatsoever. I just asked another question directly to an announcement from their TS Support about music files, let's see if someone answers it within a few hours as the popup reads. I won't hold my breath....
Despite the lack of support, my family tree is ready to be shared with my relatives and I don't want to have to start all over again at another genealogy service.
